In collaboration with a research team with Halter we aided the development of a proof of concept for a web-based configurator that streamlines the feasibility analysis of real estate products. This data-driven tool enables the rapid ideation and evaluation of alternative building designs, incorporating construction cost benchmarks and CO2 emissions analysis. By requiring minimal user input, the tool provides reliable project cost estimations, making it an invaluable resource for stakeholders such as developers and general contractors. This facilitates informed decision-making from the early design stages, ensuring more efficient and sustainable project outcomes.
