Parex Hanger

Parex , an innovative Greek company specializing in the footwear field for more than 30 years tasked our team with redesigning their slipper hanger. The company, which develops dynamically in Greece, Cyprus and Malta as part of their rebranding effort wanted to redesign every small detail of their production line including the hangers that they provide to their distributors. Following their requirements for a durable yet elegant hanger our team developed a parametric model for being able to generate alternative design which satisfy to the maximum possible the conflicting objectives such as a) weight b) strength and modularity. We used 3d printing to communicate our design and perform tests and finally once we fine tuned the design parameters we prepared the appropriate files for the injection molding of the object.
